Free Antique Fashion Dress Illustration: 1859 Victorian Dress Godey Fashion Graphic

What a saleswoman! Sensing that the women weren't quite sure whether to purchase this dress for the little girl, the saleswoman thinks quickly, grabbing a large picture frame, which just happened to by lying around in the dress shop, and placing it in front of the little girl, giving the women an idea of how lovely this dress would look in a painted portrait. I'm sure she clinched the sale! This is a beautiful fashion illustration from an 1859 Godey Fashion Book. I love the deep, rich colors and styles of the dresses. I hope you enjoy!

What a whimsical, antique Victorian scrap! I found this little treasure in one of my Victorian scrapbooks. Here we have a pretty ballerina in a green dress riding a big, beautiful swan. Her multi-flower bouquet is lovely, and I love the long, pink ribbon, which doubles as both reins for the swan, as well as a decoration on her dress. How cute and unusual! I hope you enjoy!

This beautiful woman has been picking wild flowers, gathering them in her basket and her skirt. As she walks carefree, a little bird lights on her should, bestowing her a kiss on the cheek. Awww!
